This artwork was from a series of artworks created for the exhibition Laneways Homeways. Rahila has been shifting homes across many countries and suburbs. Wherever they go as a family, they try to make their new house their home. It's not just the shifting of places but the many connections and emotions attached. This artwork is painted inside a drawer of a furniture piece found in the street.
