Paper Prints

Paper Prints are made to order and may take up to 15 days to ship. Each print will be flat-packed with a hard backing. All prints will be packed in a plastic cover to avoid any water or humidity damage.

​Cards

Most of the cards are available and ready to purchase. In case if any of the required cards is out of stock, it will take up to 15 days to print and restock. Restock will be upon request only. 

Shipping prices are based on the weight of greeting card or print :

0.00kg - 0.50kg - $8 across Australia

0.51kg - 1.00 kg - $10 across Australia

Returns, Refunds and Exchange

Refunds

This is a single-handed run Arts Business and all care is taken to produce, package and ship your product efficiently. Hence, there shouldn’t be any problem in the product but if any print or card is damaged upon inspection when received, 100% of the product cost will be returned through your preferred method of payment. This will require proof of purchase and proof of damage through sharing an image of the damaged product. Refunds are claimable till 7 days of receiving your product. Please email to artbyrahilazeeshan@gmail.com to claim or inquire about your refund.

Returns

I appreciate you buying my products, but returns are currently not acceptable. 

Exchange

Exchange is only applied for Limited Edition Prints and card stock. Exchange policy is valid for 15 days after date of receiving delivery. 

Exchange is eligible only if item is unused and undamaged (in the same condition as purchased). Customer must return the product/s at their own cost. Products will be delivered once I receive the unwanted product/s. It must be packed carefully to avoid any damage. It is preferable to use a trackable shipping as we don’t guarantee to receive unwanted product/s through untraceable shipment.
