HEADS HIGH (2020)

The artwork ‘Proud and Happy’ was created for Heads High Exhibition by Space2b Social Design in December 2020. The theme was provided by Space2b to paint a portrait of local heroes. I chose Akec Makour Chuot. Her journey to become an AFLW Richmond player is quite admirable. Her struggle and family values inspired me to choose her as a local hero.
